Rylan Clarke Leaving CBB House for X Factor Rehersals

Rylan Clarke has reportedly been leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house for the X Factor tour rehearsals it has been reported today. The whole idea behind Big Brother is that contestants are unaware of what is going  on in the outside world so the fact that Rylan has been leaving seems to spoil the whole concept!

Gillian Taylforth who is the latest contestant to be booted out let it sleep on ITV This Morning, she later explained that house mates enjoyed Rylan leaving the house because they could find out what time it was when he came back. She said that obviously Rylan wasn't allowed to talk about leaving the house but he would ask someone outside the time and tell the house mates when he got back in.

So it seems Rylan could be getting more information then he should be! Personally I would like Rylan to win but think this could ruin his chances...we'll have to wait and see!

Celebrity Big Brother Starts Tonight

With the New Year in full swing that means a new batch of reality TV shows and Celebrity Big Brother 2013 is the first one to kick start the year as it starts tonight with Dancing on Ice shortly following on Sunday. There's already a rumoured line up with Rylan Clark at the top of bookies leader boards to take the Celebrity Big Brother 2013 crown.

One of the biggest rumours surrounding the reality TV show is that Lindsay Lohan is due to appear on Celebrity Big Brother nothing has been confirmed as of yet so we'll have to wait and see if the rumours are true in tonight's show. Celebrity Big Brother starts tonight (Thursday) on Channel 5 at 9pm.

Euromillions New Year's Day Draw

With the New Year just hours away the year of 2012 is nearly over. However, after seeing our favourite millionaire Hector Riva advertising the latest Euromillions we could have something to look forward to and banish those January blues!

With the New Year just around the corner and the prospect of the New Year is beginning to dawn on everyone but there's something we can already look forward to in January and that's another reality show - Dancing on Ice. As well as the line up being announced ITV have also released a teaser trailer to get people excited for the new series which starts on Sunday 6th January 2013. I personally can't wait for the new series to start and it'll be interesting to see who can take the crown from last year's winner Matthew Wolfen. Come on Lauren!!

James Arthur Takes X Factor Crown as Maloney Booted from Final Show

James Arthur has become the winner of the 2012 X Factor after beating Jahmene Douglas in the final this weekend. However, that wasn't the only gossip in the final last night as it was reported that the third runner up Christopher Maloney was banned from the final show after having a foul mouthed rant at X factor finalists Carolynne Poole. Poole later tweeted;

Christopher Maloney was nowhere to be seen at the final and there was no mention of him either. However, Christpoher did take to twitter to reply to Carolynne; "you'll do anything to get a headline! Disgraceful! Week one! bitter" but later deleted his tweet.
Christopher also denied the recent reports of him being banned from the X Factor final by tweeting;

It seems the drama may be over for another year but it'll be interesting to see what lies for the X Factor 2013 as due to a fall in viewers Simon Cowell may be giving the show a re vamp. Bring back Sherzy!!

Powerball Jackpot Reaches $500 Million

After being an avid Bingo fan for quite a while now my attention can easily drift and that's exactly what the recent Powerball jackpot has done to me! Whilst tweeting away I noticed the US Powerball jackpot is up to a record breaking $500 million, a massive half a billion dollars! The highest the Euromillions has ever been is around £161 million so the Powerball jackpot certainly overshadows this.

Whenever I hear about the Powerball I always think about the Friends episode where they club together to buy Powerball tickets and Phoebe drops the tickets off the balcony because a pigeon flies into her!

However, all isn't lost for us UK players watching someone else win millions as UK players can play the Powerball online so I'm getting my tickets ready now in the hope I can scoop the MASSIVE half a billion jackpot! I wound't even know where to begin on what to buy with that amount of money.

If no one manages to win tonight's Powerball the jackpot could get even higher and potentially reach the billion dollar mark! I'll just have to remember to check the Powerball results in the morning as I highly doubt I'll be up at 4am when the results get drawn.

The Only Way is Essex Plan Live Christmas Show

The Only Way is Essex otherwise known as "TOWIE" is definitely a must watch show for myself and with the sixth series over a few weeks ago I was pleased to hear I could get another TOWIE fix over the Christmas period as the ITV2 show has planned a live Christmas show. The show has been criticised for being too scripted and set up before so it'll be interesting to see how a live show goes down and to see if there's any difference in the main characters or whether they're just always like that!

According to reports the show will air live in early December and to top that off there's rumour to be a Christmas special episode later in the month. As well as rumours of a Christmas special of The Only Way is Essex popping up on our tv screen it has also being rumoured that original cast member Amy Childs will make a return for the one off Christmas episode, although nothing has been confirmed as of yet. However, it wouldn't be a complete surprise if Amy returned as her ex boyfriend Kirk Norcross returned to the show for the sixth series.

It has also been reported that the live show will ban any alcohol to keep things all under control, personally I think a bit of drama wouldn't go a miss!
