Woman Splits £22,000 Bingo Win with Mum

Ami Marshall, 25, from Wisbech won a massive £22,000 recently playing bingo at the Empire Theatre in Blackfriars Road in Wisbech and not only will Ami be going out and spending her winnings but so will her mum! Ami has decided to give £10,000 from her bingo win to her mum because she said "my mum is really special to me".

The mother and daughter play bingo together every week and agreed to split anything they win. Ami said how she was so excited after winning and still had a few games left to play but couldn't concentrate, which would be pretty understandable if you had just won £22,000! Ami also said how the money had come just at the right time as her and her partner were looking to create more space in their house for their three year old son Charlie. So it looks like Ami and her family will be in for an extra special Christmas this year! Well done Ami!
